Tinplate nima?

Tinplate refers to a steel plate with a thin layer of metallic tinplated on the surface. Tinplate is a low carbon steel rolled into a steel plate with a thickness of about 2mm, after pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning and annealing, leveling, trimming, and then cleaning, electroplating, reflow, passivation, and oiling, and then cut into finished products of tinplated sheet. The tin used for tinplated sheet is high-purity tin (Sn>99,8 foiz).

Qalay qatlami issiq bo'yalgan qoplama bilan ham qoplanishi mumkin. Ushbu usul bilan olingan qalay plastinkaning qalay qatlami qalinroq va ishlatiladigan qalay miqdori katta va qalay qoplamasidan keyin tozalash bilan ishlov berish talab qilinmaydi.
